Wayne Rusch specializes in complex corporate matters. His practice also includes institutional integrity investigations by international financing institutions, such as the World Bank and the Asian Development Bank.

A graduate of the University of Wisconsin (B.B.A 1967 and J.D. 1970), Mr. Rusch practiced in Chicago and Wisconsin where he served as District Attorney for Iowa County for three years. In 1977, he was appointed counsel to the Asian Development Bank in Manila, Philippines. He has practiced in Washington, DC since 1980 and is presently managing partner of the firm.

Mr. Rusch is a member of the Wisconsin, Illinois and District of Columbia Bars and from 2001 to 2002 served as Deputy to the Chairman of the Section of International Law and Practice of the American Bar Association.
