Clemens Kochinke has a diverse international law practice. As a German-American attorney, with bar admissions to the District of Columbia and Germany, to the United States Supreme Court and to specialized courts, such as the United States Court of International Trade and the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and after legal education and training in Washington, London, Heidelberg, Berlin and Malta, Mr. Kochinke is regularly consulted to advise European corporations and governments in United States matters as well as United States entities in foreign matters.
