Thomas G. Corcoran, Jr. specializes in international, criminal, civil and constitutional litigation.

Mr. Corcoran has a recognized expertise in foreign sovereign immunity litigation. Prior to being in private practice, he served in the Office of the United States Attorney for the District of Columbia. There, in addition to trying criminal cases, he represented most of the federal agencies in trial and appellate courts.
