Ayanna L. Wooten-Days
practices general corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. Her clients include minority- and women-owned small and emerging businesses, tax-exempt non-profit organizations, and early stage and growth companies in dynamic industries. At Berliner, Corcoran & Rowe, LLP, she represents a diverse range of clients, including entities and individuals in the telecommunications, transportation, information technology, manufacturing, financial services, public health, and alternative energy industries. In addition to general corporate matters, she also advises clients on government contracting, commercial real estate transactions, federal, state, and local regulatory issues, and various employment law matters.
Prior to joining Berliner, Corcoran & Rowe, LLP, Ms. Wooten-Days represented numerous registered investment companies in initial and follow-on public offerings of their securities. Ms. Wooten-Days has also represented several public and private companies in complex and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, as well as large public pension funds in private equity investment transactions.
Ms. Wooten-Days received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, and her A.B. from Stanford University.
