Ayanna L. Wooten-Days is an associate practicing corporate law, with an emphasis on securities, mergers and acquistions, financings, and representation of early stage and growth companies. At Berliner, Corcoran & Rowe, LLP, she represents a diverse range of clients, including entities and individuals in the telecommunications, transportation, information technology, manufacturing, and alternative energy industries.

Prior to joining Berliner, Corcoran & Rowe, LLP, Ms. Wooten-Days represented numerous registered investment companies, including business development companies, in initial and follow-on public offerings of their securities. Ms. Wooten-Days has also represented several public and private companies in complex and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, as well as large public pension funds in private equity investment transactions.
