Alexander C. Vincent is an associate specializing in civil litigation, having recently litigated insurance defense, judgment enforcement, legal malpractice, employment law, and breach-of-contract cases. Mr. Vincent has also counseled clients on white-collar criminal litigation, foreclosure, estate, and commercial real estate financing matters.
Mr. Vincent is a member of the Virginia State Bar, the District of Columbia Bar, and several Federal court bars. A graduate of The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law (J.D. 1998) and Oberlin College (B.A. 1987), Mr. Vincent served as legal fellow with the United States Senate Committee on the Judiciary (1998-99) and counsel to the Committee's Subcommittee on Criminal Justice Oversight (1999-2000). He also spent five years as a legislative aide and campaign consultant for the U.S. Senate (1988-92, 1993-94) and managed two campaigns for the Pennsylvania House of Representatives (1992, 1994).
