Thomas E. Wilson specializes in complex civil and white collar criminal litigation matters. He has represented large national trade associations, corporations, and individuals in complex administrative litigation before various administrative agencies, and trial and appellate courts, including the United States Supreme Court.

Thomas E. Wilson specializes in complex civil and white collar criminal litigation matters. He has represented large national trade associations in complex administrative litigation before various administrative agencies. He has also handled very complex civil and criminal litigation for corporations, trade associations and individuals at the trial and appellate levels.

Most recently, Mr. Wilson successfully represented clients in the following contexts: CIA Costa Rica Station Chief Joseph F. Fernandez in the Iran-Contra affair; Assistant to President Bush for Political Affairs, Janet Mullins, in the Independent Counsel investigation which arose out of the 1992 search of President Clinton's State Department passport file; a Maryland bank president indicted in a major S&L fraud case; the president of a large, diversified agri-business corporation in the Independent Counsel investigation relating to former Secretary of Agriculture, Mike Espy; agricultural cooperatives in complex civil litigations in courts throughout the United States; and, numerous corporate and trust clients in complex litigation spanning multiple jurisdictions.

Mr. Wilson has also handled numerous landmark cases involving banking deregulation, farm labor matters, and insurance. Mr. Wilson has been lead counsel in a host of matters before various appellate tribunals, including the United States Courts of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.

He holds degrees from Georgetown University (A.B. (History, 1964)), Georgetown University Law Center (J.D. (1967)) and Columbia University (M.B.A. (1970)).

Mr. Wilson served in the United States Army (1967-69) completing his active duty military service with the 5th Special Forces Group (Airborne), Republic of Vietnam (1968-69).
