Ben prepares Export Licensing Client Memoranda on a fee sharing basis to alert corporate management of significant changes in these areas that may affect their business. He also has substantial experience in successfully representing clients in enforcement matters and voluntary disclosures before the various agencies having jurisdiction, including Justice, State, Commerce, and Treasury (the Office of Foreign Assets Controls and Customs).
